Welcome to Lucky Cave ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website https://luckycave.com (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before participating in any raffles, auctions, or using any services on the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Confirm that participating in raffles, auctions, or similar activities is not prohibited by any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
  You are responsible for verifying your eligibility to use the Platform, and we disclaim all liability for any use of the Platform in violation of applicable law.

2. Account Registration

• To participate in raffles and auctions, you must create an account by providing accurate, up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
• All activities conducted under your account.
  You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account or security breach. We disclaim liability for losses or damages resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

3. Raffles and Auctions

• Participation: By purchasing tickets or entering a raffle or auction, you agree to the specific terms of each raffle/auction, including entry requirements, deadlines, and winning conditions.
• Winners: Winners will be selected randomly using a verifiable system and notified through the contact details provided in their account. You accept and assume all risks associated with the outcome.
• Prizes: All prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted for one of equal or greater value. Any applicable taxes or fees are the responsibility of the winner, who accepts the prize “as is” and waives claims against us for prize quality or delivery delays.
• Refunds: All ticket purchases and bids are final, and we do not offer refunds unless specified in the particular raffle’s rules. By participating, you agree to assume full responsibility for any associated risks, costs, and legal obligations, and you understand that participation is at your own discretion.

4. Postal Entry

• Postal Address: You may enter any raffle or auction by sending a postcard to our office at 4th Floor, Silverstream House 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia London W1T 6EB.
• Entry Requirements: Each postcard entry must include your name, address, email address, and contact number. By submitting a postal entry, you agree to be added to our mailing list for updates.
• Limitations: One entry per postcard is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual in a single raffle or auction may result in disqualification of all entries.
  All postal entries are subject to the same terms and conditions as online entries, and you agree to these Terms by submitting a postal entry.
  Postal Entries must be received and processed by us no later than 3 working days before an auction ends to allow us to allocate an entry. Once allocated, you’ll receive confirmation to your nominated email address.
  Any postal entries received for raffles that have not yet started or are listed as coming soon will be rejected.
  We are unable to notify entrants when a postal entry has been rejected.
  Postal entries made to other company addresses cannot be accepted due to automatic mailscanning only being carried out at the above address. Entries made to other company addresses will not be processed.

5. Payments

• All payments for raffle tickets, bids, or other transactions must be made using a valid payment method accepted by the Platform.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers, and by making a payment, you agree to their terms and conditions. We are not liable for their actions, data security practices, or any errors.
• We reserve the right to cancel any transaction or participation if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. User Conduct

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform, including hacking, distributing malware, or attempting to access unauthorised areas.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Lucky Cave or our licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Platform may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services. You access these websites at your own risk, and we disclaim all liability for issues arising from their use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky Cave shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Participation Risks: Losses incurred from participating in raffles or auctions are borne solely by the participant.
• Technical Issues: Loss of data, revenue, or profits due to technical issues, including internet or payment processor failures.
• Disruptions: Any disruption or downtime of the Platform, including those caused by third-party providers or "force majeure" events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).
  Participation in our raffles and auctions involves inherent risks, which you acknowledge and assume in full.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lucky Cave and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Any unlawful, fraudulent, or negligent activity by you.
  This indemnification applies to direct, indirect, and consequential damages, whether or not foreseeable.

11. Waiver of Class Action

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class or collective actions against Lucky Cave.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without notice or liability.
Upon termination, any entries in active raffles or auctions may be forfeited without refund.

13. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• Binding Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in England, conducted by a recognised UK arbitration institution. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to pursue disputes in court.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
